There are no luaus in Waikiki except Hilton Hawaiian. It's on a parking garage and all the potted plants in the world can't make you forget it.
Try either Germaine's Luau in Campbell Industrial (Ewa Beach area) or the Polynesian Cultural CEnter
The Cultural Center is super expensive and wonderful. Germaine's is much less expensive and great for the money and right on on the beach.
